Five new tenants to join Midtown at Bonita project

New tenants have signed on for the upcoming Midtown at Bonita mixed-use development.

The 68-acre project in Bonita Springs, Fla., which is set to be nearing completion in 2026, will offer a variety of dining, shopping, lifestyle, entertainment, services and wellness options for residents across Southwest Florida, including Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. The development will also feature luxury apartments currently under construction, creating a “dynamic, community-focused experience.”

The five new tenants include:

  • LowBrow Pizza – An award-winning local eatery known for its wood-fired pizza, wings, salads, full bar, and extensive craft beer selection, all set in a laid-back and fun atmosphere.
  • Pacific Dental Services A national Dental Services Organization (DSO), Pacific Dental Services enables dentists to focus on patient care by offering support in areas like operations, billing, IT, and marketing. With a focus on modern dentistry, Pacific Dental Services emphasizes the use of “advanced technology and a patient-centered approach.”
  • Mathnasium A math-only learning center that provides customized learning plans, homework help, and test prep for students in grades K-12. Programs are available both in-center and online, with live, web-based tutoring delivered by the same expert instructors who teach in their centers.
  • Gelato&Co. With five locations across Naples, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Wellington, Gelato&Co. offers guests premium gelato and pastries crafted in-house daily.
  • Beau’s BBQ A local, family-owned and operated business dedicated to providing the Texas-style barbecue to its customers.

These new additions join a growing roster of national, regional and local retailers already committed to Midtown at Bonita, including but not limited to Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, The Hangry Bison, Club Pilates, Good Vets, Jeff’s Bagel Run, Noire the Nail Bar, Bonita Beach Wine & Spirits, and more.
