The newest RH location features a 270-seat indoor-outdoor rooftop restaurant offering dramatic sunsets over the California coastline.

At 97,000-sq.-ft., the luxury home furnishings retailer’s new showroom at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Calif., is it largest location to date. The expansive, four-level space combines RH’s various home collections with rare art, antiques and artifacts from across the globe. It replaces three former RH outposts in the area.

“RH Newport Beach is one of our most dramatic, immersive and brand-defining physical locations to date,” said RH chairman and CEO Gary Friedman. “The Gallery reflects our quest to continue revolutionizing physical retailing, blurring the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality, and we are proud to introduce this inspiring destination in the Souther California market.”

The opening comes as RH has raised its fourth quarter and 2024 fiscal year guidance. For the fourth quarter, it expects revenue growth from 18% to 20%. For the full year, it expects revenue growth of 6.8% to 7.2%.

RH plan to open seven new “galleries’ (RH speak for showrooms or stores) in North America and two in Europe next year. The locations include Manhasset, N.Y.; Detroit; Oklahoma City; Los Gatos, Calif.; Palm Desert, Calif.; Aspen, Col.; and Montreal. Other locations include London and Paris. The brand will open in Milan in 2026.
