The Disney Store has released guidelines for its store reopenings.

The company, whose 200-plus stores in North America went dark on March 17 amid the COVID-19 outbreak, will require that all employees and shoppers wear a face mask, including children ages 2 and up. Other measures to prevent the spread of the virus in Disney stores include social distancing, limiting the number of shoppers in the store at any one time and frequent cleaning throughout the day.

In addition, all in-store events have been postponed until a future date.

“Disney store is taking a responsible and phased approach to reopening and implementing a number of new health and safety measures based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies,” the company posted on Shopdisney.com. “While your next shopping experience may look and feel a bit different, rest assured that every re-opened Disney store location will offer outstanding Guest Service and the very best products featuring all your favorite pals.”
