Crossroads Place in Falls Church hits 100% occupancy
Levin Management Corp. (LMC) has completely leased its second center in a month.
168 Nail Supply’s signing for a 12,500-sq.-ft. space at the Giant-and-Burlington-anchored Crossroads Place in Falls Church, Va., registers its occupancy at 100%
In November, LMC filled its Post Road Plaza in Pelham, N.Y., with the landing of Burlington and Nail Bar & Lash.
“Reaching 100% leased at Crossroads Place speaks to the strength of this center and the Fairfax County retail market,” said Sidney Singer, LMC’s VP of leasing for LMC. “168 Nail Supply is a great fit for our merchandising, and we appreciate Melissa Webb’s efforts in helping bring the property to fully leased status on behalf of LMC.”
Webb, who represents LMC locally, arranged the lease on behalf of property ownership.
168 Nail Supply is a one-stop nail supply superstore committed to providing high-quality nail products and accessories to its customers. With a New York City location and headquarters in the heart of Warren, Michigan’s “Little Saigon,” the company has earned a reputation as one of the largest and most trusted suppliers in the Midwest, nicknamed “Nail Costco.”
