Crisp & Green to open in Manhattan as its eyes 1,000-plus store expansion

Crisp & Green continues its national expansion.

The healthy-eating, fast-casual restaurant chain will open its first New York City location on June 1, in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. The location also marks Crisp & Green’s entry into its tenth state, with ten additional states scheduled to open before the end of the year.

The restaurant brand is slated to reach 65 locations open across 20 states by the end of 2023, with a total of 130 locations open before the end of 2024. Earlier this year, it signed its largest franchise deal to date, a 40-unit development deal with franchise partner Rory Kelly of Salads & Smoothies.  

Recently, Crisp & Green’s real estate team identified more than 1,700 additional territories that fit the brand’s specific site criteria, giving the company room to maneuver in its pursuit of more than 1,000 units.

Founded in 2016, Crisp & Green is known for its nourishing bowls, salads, smoothies and more that are made with sustainable, “consciously sourced” ingredients. The brand places special emphasis on its "commitment to community'' by partnering with local
