Conn’s HomePlus expanding into new market

Conn’s HomePlus is taking its brand the state of Florida.

The specialty retailer of furniture, mattresses, home appliances and consumer electronics will open its first Florida location, a 47,000-sq.-ft. store at University Town Plaza in Pensacola, on Nov 6. The Florida expansion will continue with the opening of a distribution center in Lakeland in early 2021.

"This growth provides an opportunity for increased positive economic impact and we are committed to being a key player in the growing economy,” said Norm Miller, Conn's HomePlus chairman and CEO. 

Conn's HomePlus provides flexible in-house credit options for its customers in addition to third-party financing programs and third-party lease-to-own payment plans.

The company currently has more than140 stores in Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
