Other new features of the app include earning points and using rewards for digital orders at in-store prices; the ability to scan, earn points and redeem rewards directly from the home screen; a new reward counter making it easier for members to see how close they are to their next reward; a streamlined order-ahead menu where customers can skip the line; an enhanced customization menu for pickup and delivery orders; and an upgraded search menu.

"The new, updated The Coffee Bean rewards app is designed to create a more personalized and engaging user experience, loaded with updated features that allows our customers to get their coffee, tea and treats easier and faster than ever before," said Karen Goldner, director global brand marketing, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf brand.
