Chicken Salad Chick in Indiana expansion

Chicken Salad Chick continues to add to its growing national portfolio.

The fast-casual restaurant chain is set to open at Fishers District, in Fishers, Ind., in early April. Chicken Salad Chick made its Indiana debut in March, opening a site at Pyramid Place Shopping Center, on the northwest side of Indianapolis. Two additional Indianapolis-area locations will open their doors by year-end, in the communities of Glendale and Greenwood.

Chicken Salad Chick plans to open approximately 40 locations in 2021. Founded in 2008, the company has grown to more than 180 restaurants in 17 states. In February, Chicken Salad Chick announced it was moving its headquarters from its Alabama birthplace to Atlanta.

“Atlanta has always fostered a nurturing business environment for companies to kickstart their growth,” Chicken Salad Chick president and CEO Scott Deviney said in February. “This relocation positions Chicken Salad Chick to scale at an accelerated rate and meet aggressive growth goals, while allowing us to broaden our vision for the future.

Chicken Salad Chick offers over a dozen, made-from-scratch specialty chicken salad recipes, along with fresh salads, sides and soups.
