Chicken Salad Chick is growing its footprint in Indiana.

Three additional Indianapolis-area locations are planned to open this year the in Fishers, Glendale and Greenwood communities.

The new locations will just Chicken Salad Chick’s first Indiana location, in Jeffersonville, which opened in June 2020. The company said its expansion in the region highlights the company’s natural evolution across the Midwest.

"We’ve had our eye on Indianapolis for some time and are excited to bring a dose of our Southern hospitality and fan-favorite chicken salad into a number of new communities,” said Scott Deviney, president and CEO, Chicken Salad Chick, which operates more than 175 restaurants in 17 states. "The opening of not one, but four stores in a single year, is a genuine example of our heartfelt commitment to the market."

Chicken Salad Chick was founded in Auburn, Alabama by Stacy and Kevin Brown, in 2008. It recently moved its headquarters to Atlanta.
