Canadian grocer T&T Supermarkets delivers via Uber Eats

T&T Supermarket is teaming up with Uber Eats in Canada.

The largest Asian supermarket chain in Canada is in a new partnership to provide customers access to on-demand delivery.

T&T Supermarket, which specializes in fresh vegetables and fruits, fresh seafood, ready-to-eat meals, Asian snacks, and Korean and Japanese beauty products, is launching an online delivery collaboration with the Uber Eats subsidiary of Uber Technologies Inc.

Customers can now order Uber Eats delivery from T&T Supermarket locations across the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario, with Quebec delivery rolling out at a later date. 

"Uber Eats gives customers who live or work near T&T a fast, familiar way to enjoy the freshness and value we're known for," said Tina Lee, CEO of T&T Supermarket. "T&T is a destination for food discovery. You can now try exotic fruits from Asia, replenish freshly baked breads and buns, and treat yourself to our famous egg tarts all in one go. It's an easy way to get what you need quickly from the comfort of your own home."

To order Uber Eats delivery, T&T Supermarket customers can open the Uber Eats app and tap into the "grocery" category and then search for T&T Supermarket. From there, they can add items to their cart, select a delivery time and place their order. Deliveries can be tracked in real time.

"We're excited to expand the variety of groceries offered on Uber Eats, providing our customers the convenience of ordering trusted brands right to their doorstep."

Headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, T&T Supermarket is the largest Asian supermarket chain in Canada, operating over 39 stores across Canada and the U.S. The stores are located in the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec, as well as the U.S. state of Washington. The company plans to expand into California in 2026.

Uber Eats leverages Uber’s technology and logistics capabilities to partner with 825,000 retailers in more than 11,000 cities globally, with an average delivery time the company says is under 30 minutes.
