Calendars.com stays current with customer experience

An online specialty retailer wants each customer site visit to be special. 

Calendars.com, which offers an online inventory of 17,000 items including calendars, gifts, puzzles, games and toys, is ensuring shoppers can easily find the products they want. The retailer is deploying the Kibo e-commerce solution to update its online presence.

Part of Kibo’s Personalized Commerce Cloud platform, the cloud-based e-commerce solution will assist Calendars.com in delivering personalized product discovery, predictive search, and individualized recommendations. Calendars.com will be able to centrally host, manage and syndicate product data and related content from a single administrative back end, with the greater flexibility and lower overhead cost of a cloud platform.
 
Additionally, Calendars.com plans to expand the use of the Kibo e-commerce platform to its parent company, Go! Retail Group, as well as its Shopfuego.com brand.
