  • LandMark Retail Group opens trio of CVS stores

    San Francisco -- LandMark Retail Group said it has opened three CVS/pharmacy stores in San Francisco on behalf of the drugstore retailer.  

    Over the past year, the firm has completed 13 CVS stores throughout California with plans to open four more this year.

    The first CVS/pharmacy store is located at 351 California St., occupying a ground-level retail space in a San Francisco financial district office building. It features 9,009 sq. ft., and opened after five months of construction.
     

  • NAI MLG Commercial names VPs

    Milwaukee -- NAI MLG Commercial announced that Tim Janusz and Brett Garceau have been promoted to VP.

    Janusz specializes in office landlord and tenant representation, and Garceau specializes in the lease and sale of industrial properties.

     

  • SRS Real Estate names exec

    Dallas -- SRS Real Estate Partners announced that Sean Thomas has been named first VP of the company’s Phoenix office.

    Thomas will focus on disposition and investment services in his new position.

  • Target Canada opens three pilot stores

    MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — As Target's Canadian debut draws near, the company announced that it is opening three pilot stores in Ontario on March 5 at Stone Road in Guelph, Milton Mall Shopping Centre in Milton and Gates of Fergus in Fergus. The three pilot stores are the first Target locations to open in Canada, and the first of 124 Target stores that will open across the country throughout 2013.

  • Chevy Chase Land Co. names exec

    Chevy Chase, Md. -- Chevy Chase Land Co. announced that Lucy Fraser has been named VP of asset management for the company.

    Fraser previously served as VP of property management for Combined Properties.

     

  • Dover Saddlery Retail to open first New York store

    Littleton, Mass. -- Dover Saddlery Retail, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dover Saddlery, will open its first New York store, in Huntington (on Long Island), on April 19.

    The store, which will evoke the look and feel of a premium equestrian stable, will feature an extensive range of riding apparel, tack and horse care supplies from all the leading brands. The location, as all Dover Saddlery stores, will offer helmet, boot and coat fittings as well as demo saddles for test rides in a wide selection of models.

     

  • Limited Brands puts Pink expansion into high gear

    New York -- Limited Brands is putting the expansion of its teen-favorite Pink division into high gear.

    On the chain’s quarterly conference call, company representatives said Pink will more than double its store count this year, growing from 34 stores to 83 stores by yearend.

     

  • Lane Bryant opens NYC flagship

    New York -- Lane Bryant announced the opening of its new 7,835-sq.-ft. flagship in New York City.

    Located near Herald Square, the store has a feminine, contemporary look and features such amenities as fitting rooms with lighting that can be adjusted to office, daylight and evening settings. New imagery and design is prominent throughout the store, plus fixtures that allow for high-impact merchandise displays.

    Lane Bryant, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ascena Retail Group, operates 805 stores.
