The company formerly known as Kirkland’s Inc. has added to its leadership team.
Brand House Collective, which underwent a rebrand and corporate name change over the summer, has tapped Lisa Foley as its new chief marketing officer. Foley will report to CEO Amy Sullivan and will also serve as a shared marketing leader with Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. Foley brings more than 20 years of experience leading marketing and digital strategy for national retail brands. Most recently, she served as VP of marketing at online women’s apparel retailer Pink Lily for nearly a year and a half, where she led a brand refresh and digital marketing strategy.
Previously, Foley was VP and head of marketing and e-commerce at Kirkland's, and held marketing leadership roles at Crate & Barrel, Claire's and Mars Petcare.
"Lisa is a proven leader who understands the intersection of marketing, customer, and growth," said Sullivan. "She brings strategic vision and operational focus to every part of the marketing discipline - connecting insights, messaging, and execution to strengthen brand relevance and drive profitable growth. Her leadership will align how we plan, measure, and execute marketing across Bed Bath & Beyond, Buy Buy Baby, and our broader portfolio, ensuring a consistent, disciplined approach that deepens customer relationships and builds long-term brand value."
Across its banners, Brand House Collective operates more than 300 stores across 35 states as well as e-commerce sites, www.kirklands.com and www.bedbathandbeyondhome.com. The company announced plans to “streamline” its physical retail portfolio in tandem with the rebrand, which included the opening of its first Bed Bath & Beyond Home store and the sale of the Kirkland's Home intellectual property to Bed Bath & Beyond Inc.
Bed Bath & Beyond Home made its debut on Aug. 6, in Nashville, with plans to open five additional locations in the greater Nashville market in fiscal 2025. Brand House said it is on track to convert all Kirkland's Home stores into Bed Bath & Beyond stores over the next 24 months.
"I'm honored to join The Brand House Collective during this exciting period of growth and collaboration," said Foley. "Working closely with Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., we have a tremendous opportunity to align strategy, insights, and execution across brands. My focus will be on strengthening the connection between marketing and the customer, driving performance through smarter planning, stronger storytelling, and shared learning across the portfolio."
