Aventura Mall in Miami has unveiled more than a dozen luxury brands, first-to-market pop-ups and new dining experiences in time for spring.
Here is a rundown of the new tenants — and others that are set to open in the coming months.
•Maison Margiela has opened a pop-up that features haute couture, women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, fine jewelry, fragrances and interior design. (The fashion house was founded in Paris in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela.)
The space is designed to reflect Margiela’s signature avant-garde aesthetic, and features minimalist decor and sleek, monochromatic displays.
•Aēsop: The new store of the luxury beauty and wellness brand, which was recently acquired by L'Or, features a sustainable and minimalist design, with sleek shelves and natural wood elements. Each Aēsop location has its own architectural story inspired by different elements, with the Aventura Mall store designed to provide a calming and inviting atmosphere.
•MARIA TASH has earned a global reputation as a go-to destination for luxury piercings. This new location features three piercing rooms and provides services such as styling, piercings, checkups and consultations for piercings.
The brand has become synonymous with the “Curated Ear,” a personalized look in which each customer's personal style and anatomy guide a curated assortment of studs and rings.
•ba&sh was created by women, for women, with the intention of spreading joy and elegance. Its Parisian-inspired fashions combine freedom and elegance.
•Celine is known for its its Parisian sophistication and "devil may care" attitude. The opening of the Celine pop-up at Aventura Mall has already drawn fashionistas from all over the state, according to the mall.
•D-Pop Desserts offers a cozy and stylish atmosphere where guests can indulge in a variety of tasty treats, including customizable D-Cups that enable guests to create their own desserts.
•Tacology Express serves authentic Mexican marketplace-styled dining.
•The Bazaar Project offers a curated selection of unique décor pieces, fine jewelry and apparel, all carefully sourced by owner Yeliz Titiz, well-traveled and cosmopolitan retailer with a background in fashion.
•Garage is focused on visually oriented Gen Z shopers who prefer brick-and-mortar experiences over digital ones. The brand is known for diffusing TikTok trends into affordable fashions, making it a favorite among young fashion enthusiasts.
•Mango offers stylish apparel and accessories for women and men. The Barcelona-based brand draws inspiration from Mediterranean style and culture, but its adaptability is worldwide.
Coming Soon
•Vuori is a California-inspired performance apparel brand. The company’s store at Aventura store, opening in the fall, will be its first location in Florida.
•Dr. Martens will open its third South Florida location at Aventura Mall this fall. The German-founded British footwear brand is famous for its punk-style boots.
•HolyShakes, winner of New Times' Best of Miami award for Best Milkshakes, will offer a wide range of its famed shakes.
•Alo Yoga is a Los Angeles-based yoga lifestyle brand that sells men and beauty products.
Other brands slated to open in upcoming months at Aventura include sporting goods retailer JD Sports, contemporary fashion brand Pinko and Spanish design collective Bimba y Lola.
Also opening will be Romero Britto, which will sell the works of the Brazilian-born, Miami-made founder of the Happy Art Movement.
Anchored by Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s, Aventua Mall is highlighted by a mix of over 300 stores, from luxury brands to shopper favorites, including the largest Apple store in Florida.
