Aritzia is moving into a high-profile location in downtown Manhattan.
The Canadian fashion retailer will be taking over the space formerly occupied by Dean and Deluca in the city’s Soho district. NKF was the sole broker on the transaction. The 30,000-sq.-ft. store will become the New York flagship for Aritzia, which has more than 95 locations across North America.
NKF’s vice chairmen Ben Birnbaum and Ariel Schuster, along with associate Andrew Taub, represented the landlord. Schuster and associate director Jason Wecker repped the tenant.
