Area15 adds new entertainment venues, eateries to roster
An experiential art and entertainment venue located off the Las Vegas Strip is welcoming a host of new tenants.
Area15, which debuted in 2020, is adding to its growing roster of tenants with new entertainment venues, eateries and more coming next year. Developed by Fisher Brothers and Beneville Studios, Area15 transformed from a single, 200,000-sq.-ft. venue into a 40-acre entertainment, retail and dining campus. Its newest expansion, dubbed Zone 2: The Terminals, has grown the property’s offerings of global IP, experiential attractions, high-traffic retail and more.
“Area15 continues to prove that experience-led destinations are redefining how consumers engage with retail, dining and entertainment,” said Winston Fisher, CEO of Area15. “With new global brands and breakthrough attractions joining the district, we’re building a platform where tenants can reach millions of visitors each year in a setting that inspires discovery and keeps people coming back.”
