Apple is re-closing more stores, including 15 in California, in states where COVID-19 is surging.
Select Apple stores in Alabama, California, Georgia, Idaho Louisiana, Nevada, and Oklahoma will go dark on July 1. Apple previously re-closed stores in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Arizona.
The new wave of closures will bring the number of re-opened U.S. stores that have been shuttered for a second time to 77. (Apple has 271 stores in the U.S.)
