Ala Moana Center adds new tenants
Hawaii’s largest open-air shopping center is welcoming a host of new entertainment, dining, and retail tenants.
Ala Moana Center in Honolulu has welcomed Dave & Buster’s, Fumi’s Kahuku Shrimp, Gangnam Cha, Ganni, and Great Big Game Show to the center. Coming soon are Balsam Hills Studio and Hawaii’s first Rothy’s.
In addition, Hawaiian fashion brand Kahulaleʻa will relocate to new spaces within the center, while footwear brand Crocs is expanding to a larger storefront to accommodate consumer growth. These latest additions further diversify Ala Moan’s collection of more than 350 stores, restaurants, and entertainment offerings.
Recently opened
- Dave & Buster’s (Street Level 1, ‘Ewa Wing) Dave & Buster’s Honolulu is a premier destination for food, drinks, and non-stop entertainment at Ala Moana Center. The new location offers over 100 of the latest arcade games, a chef-crafted, new and improved menu, and innovative drinks.
- Fumi’s Kahuku Shrimp (Street Level 1, Makai Market Food Court) After 25 years of serving the Oahu’s North Shore, Fumi’s is now sharing its bold island flavors at Ala Moana. The new location offers the same recipes that have made Fumi’s a local favorite, along with a few exciting new dishes.
- GangnamCha (Street Level 1, Center Court) GangnamCha is a specialty tea cafe focused on pudding and boba milk tea, purple rice yogurt, and a variety of fruit drinks and smoothies.
- Ganni (Mall Level 2, Diamond Head Wing) Copenhagen-based fashion house Ganni makes its Hawaii debut with the opening of its new store at Ala Moana Center. Known for its style and commitment to sustainability, Gnni brings a curated edit of its Spring/Summer 2025 collection to Hawai‘i, including cult-favorite pieces like the Bou Bag and Buckle Ballerina. The new location also features interiors inspired by Hawaii’s natural beauty and Ganni’s Danish design roots.
- Great Big Game Show (Mall Level 2, Mauka Wing) Great Big Game Show is an interactive game show experience with a live host that pits two teams against each other. Participants draw, build, guess, and wager their way to victory with fast-paced game-show rounds.

- Balsam Hills Studio (Street Level 1, Center Court) Balsam Hill Studio is bringing the magic of the holidays to Ala Moana Center year-round. Opening its second location in Hawaii, the store will offer a “thoughtfully-curated collection” of handcrafted Christmas ornaments inspired by the “spirit, beauty, and traditions of Hawaii.”
- Rothy’s (Mall Level 2, Diamond Head Wing) Known for its signature flats, seasonal favorites, and elevated everyday bags, Rothy’s is set to open its first location in Hawaii. Each item is crafted using recycled materials, thoughtful design, and “a whole lot of heart.” With over 200 million plastic bottles transformed (and counting), Rothy’s is on a mission to do better for the planet.

Anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Target, Ala Moana is home to a diverse collection of more than 350 stores and restaurants. The 2.4 million sq. ft. of retail space attracts 53 million shopping visits each year.
