Academy Sports + Outdoors rolls out one-hour delivery via Instacart
A leading sporting goods retailer is expanding its ability to provide same-day delivery in as little as one hour.
Academy Sports + Outdoors is partnering with Instacart to provide its full product catalog for delivery in as fast as one hour, with no price markup. More than 300 Academy Sports stores across 21 states are now available on the Instacart marketplace. To order items for online delivery, customers can visit the dedicated Academy Sports on the Instacart site or download the Instacart app.

This new partnership marks Academy Sports’ third on-demand delivery partnership The sporting goods chain made online delivery available via the Uber Eats, Uber and Postmates apps in June 2026 and has offered same-day delivery in as little as one hour via DoorDash since 2024.

To celebrate the launch, new qualifying Academy customers can take $15 off a $75+ purchase through Monday, Oct. 12, 2026 on Instacart.com.
