A specialty health and wellness retailer plans to tie its store and digital channels together via a single, cloud-based platform.
5 Star Nutrition has selected the NewStore omnichannel platform to run store operations across the U.S. The company intends to deliver a connected and seamless customer experience across all channels, including brick-and-mortar, allowing shoppers to buy where, how, and when they want. Using the platform, 5 Star Nutrition will deliver connected POS, order management, inventory, fulfillment, and clienteling services in stores with associate iPhones.
In addition, 5 Star Nutrition will leverage the NewStore platform to incorporate historically store-only products into its web assortment. This precise inventory and order management will also be integral to future offerings related to subscriptions and loyalty.
