X Team’s nationwide network of boutique brokers and retail advisors has added two new affiliates: ADMI, Inc., and Hoffman Strategy Group.
ADMI has served as an owner’s representative for Space Mountain in Discoveryland at Disneyland Paris, Blizzard Beach at Disneyworld in Orlando, and CityWalk at Universal Studios in Orlando. Its work also includes store rollouts for Sony, Apple, and Microsoft.
Hoffman Strategy Group work for retail, residential, office, and hotel chains to identify new markets for expansion and to support strategies for integrating multifamily, retail, office, and hotel components in place-making communities. It has been involved with North American Properties’ Riverton project, a $2.5-billion, 310-acre master-planned community in Sayreville, N.J.
X Team’s premise is to provide clients with leading expertise in local markets and specific sectors through its now 37 affiliates in 40 U.S. markets. The network executed more than $1.03 billion in lease transactions encompassing more than 8.3 million sq. ft. in 2020 and closed more than $538 million in sales transactions totaling 25.3 million sq. ft. in 2020.
