U.S. Polo Assn. is expanding its footprint with two new U.S. flagships – while continuing to plot international expansion.

The retail apparel arm of the national polo governing body of the United States has opened a new flagship in the heart of Miami, with plans to open a flagship location in New York City’s Time Square in the near future. U.S. Polo Assn. operates more than 1,200 stores across 190 countries, with a long-term target of 1,500 locations.

Located at Bayside Marketplace on Biscayne Boulevard, U.S. Polo Assn.'s new 3,000-sq.-ft. Florida store features high-impact LED screens and an extensive collection of sport-inspired, classic apparel and accessories for men, women, and children, including the brand’s newest global campaign, "The Polo Shirt: An Icon Born from the Game."

“Situated in Bayside Marketplace, one of the busiest and most important international retail destinations in Miami, our U.S. Polo Assn. Bayside Miami Global Flagship truly reflects the scale, energy, and heritage of our multi-billion dollar sports brand,” said J. Michael Prince, president and CEO of USPA Global. “U.S. Polo Assn. is proud to welcome global consumers to a location that represents the brand’s youthful and inspirational style, shares the story of our authentic connection to the sport of polo, and supports the brand’s continued global growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.”
