Walmart reportedly ‘gobbles’ up new meal kit deal
Walmart is expanding its meal kit offering.
The discounter is partnering with meal kit manufacturer Gobble, and will sell its products through its e-commerce site, according to Forbes.
The San Francisco start-up offers meal kits that can be heated up in 15 minutes or less and require only one pan. Each kit contains two servings and costs about $24, the report explained.
The partnership complements Walmart’s own line of meal kits sold in its stores.
