Report: Zara expands robot-based pickup kiosks to more stores

A fast-fashion powerhouse is doubling down on its robotic “click and collect” kiosks.

Zara now features robot-driven self-service kiosks in 85 stores. The technology allows shoppers to retrieve their online orders without human intervention, according to, which cited The Wall Street Journal.

The retailer began testing two kiosks in a store in Spain in December.
