An online giant has found a way to bolster the security of its Amazon Key customers.
The e-retailer has added fingerprint authentication technology to its Amazon Key program. The new fingerprint authentication feature is available in the latest update on the Google Play store on Android, however there is no indication of when the feature will roll out on iOS, according to

The lock-and-camera service enables Prime members to receive packages directly inside of their homes, even if they aren’t there. The new biometric addition addresses concerns about individuals — who may not be Key customers — having unprotected accessibility to the app, which automatically the camera, guest profiles, and the door lock, the report said.
