New solution keeps GNC associates on task

GNC Holdings has added an intuitive, cloud-based platform to help associates streamline their daily responsibilities.

The Store Ops-Center solution, from Opterus, will consolidate all associates’ operational tasks and communications in a single location. By taking advantage of the platform’s customized dashboard module, GNC will be able to effectively manage and execute store tasks and communications across its more than 4,300 domestic locations.

In addition to communicating corporate policy and managing day-to-day objectives and tasks, the solution measures and increases operational compliance, and handles issues between corporate office and store locations. Since the solution is user-friendly, simple and agile, it is also designed for rapid implementation and strong user acceptance.
