6/20/2016

Specialty alcoholic beverage retailer BevMo is shuffling its leadership team as part of an organizational transformation initiative.

The Concord, California-based, 159-store chain has appointed Tamara Pattison as senior VP, chief marketing and information officer. She will be responsible for managing BevMo’s newly combined marketing and technology functions. With more the 20 years in marketing and digital strategy, Pattison comes to BevMo from Albertsons Companies, where she was most recently senior VP of digital marketing and e-commerce.

BevMo also named Mandy Fields senior VP, CFO, responsible for management of corporate finance, accounting and the integration of an expanded data and analytics function supporting merchandising and operations. Fields also joins BevMo from Albertsons Companies, where she most recently served as VP, finance & analytics. Prior to Albertsons, Fields worked at Gap Inc. in several positions driving earnings growth for Banana Republic.

They will both report directly to BevMo CEO Dimitri Haloulos, who joined BevMo from Albertsons in August 2015.

In addition to these appointments, BevMo is implementing initiatives to simplify the organization of the business and accelerate decision-making and execution across all functions.

“To best position BevMo for continued growth, we are taking steps to effectively break down silos within the business structure and focus our resources more efficiently,” said Haloulos. “The specific experience and skills Tamara and Mandy bring to the table are the right combination to drive new strategic initiatives forward, and they will each play a vital role in the implementation of these changes. Having previously worked with both, I am confident they have the necessary leadership skills to ensure all critical functions are moving in the same direction, with a shared strategy and common goals.”
