Sprouts to open first LEED-certified location

Phoenix Grocery retailer Sprouts Farmers Market said it will open a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified store in Culver City, Calif.

According to a report by Supermarket News, the certification will be the retailer’s first of its 49 stores.
