Downtown One Loudoun breaks ground with 210,000 sq. ft. of retail

McLean, Va. -- One Loudoun Downtown broke ground on Wednesday with Phase One of the mixed-use development, which will include 210,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurant and office space including an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema scheduled to open 2013.



A joint venture of Miller and Smith and North America Sekisui House, One Loudoun is located within One Loudoun, a 358-acre master-planned community in Loudoun County, Va.



Plans for Phase One include a lineup of restaurants, a boutique grocer, health club, upscale shops, and offices encircling a public plaza. More than 100,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use space will be LEED-certified.



Phase Two will follow with a hotel, additional shops and offices, luxury townhomes and multifamily residences. When complete, Downtown One Loudoun will encompass approximately one million sq. ft. of mixed-use development.
