Canada Goose is spreading its wings.
The performance luxury outerwear brand plans to open six new stores, with two in Europe, one in the United States and three in Canada. The locations, set to open in fall/winter 2019, include Canada Goose’s first-ever store in Italy, in Milan. With an Arctic-inspired mid-century environment, the Milan outpost will combine design elements of both Canadian and Italian heritage.
In the U.S., Canada Goose will open its fifth location, at Mall of America, Bloomington, Minn. In Canada, the brand will open its second Toronto location, at CF Sherway Gardens. It will also open a store at West Edmonton Mall, Alberta, and at Cascade Shops in Banff.
The new stores will feature a “cold room,” where shoppers can test out Canada Goose products amid a range of different temperatures.
"Success in retail is about more than just selling things – it's about helping people find the perfect product, while delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience,” said Dani Reiss, president and CEO, Canada Goose. "Canada Goose stores deliver on that and more.”
Canada Goose currently operates 11 company stores across three continents.
