Twelve-year company veteran Dawn Stamper has been named senior VP of customer experience at Phillips Edison & Company, one of the largest owners and operators of grocery-anchored centers in the United States.

Stamper has been with PECO since 2007, most recently serving as VP of property management and tenant relations. She has served as a mentor in the PECO University mentoring program and is an active participant in PECO NOW, dedicated to the education and advancement of women in the workplace.

“It is incumbent upon property owners to be customer-focused and solutions-oriented when it comes to offering an outstanding experience for our retailers,” said Bob Myers, the Company’s chief operating officer. “Over the last 12 years, Dawn has consistently delivered outstanding results – both internally and externally – and this well-deserved promotion will allow her to drive even greater success for PECO and our tenants.”

PECO manages a portfolio of 336 properties in 32 states, 298 wholly-owned of them wholly-owned, comprising more than 33 million sq. ft.
