MOA spring break 2026
For more than a month, students from all over the Midwest converge on Mall of America during their Spring Breaks.

The width and breadth of the 5 million-plus-square-foot Mall of America will ring with Spring Break promotions from the beginning of March through the middle of April.

Breakers flow into MOA from Iowa, Nebraska and Wisconsin — as well as Minnesota — for six weeks.

“Spring Break kicks off in the first week of March and extends to Easter because different towns celebrate the occasion on different weeks,” said Mall of America’s CMO Jill Renslow. “One unique thing is that the entire state of Iowa has the same week off, so we always note what week it is to be ready for the Iowans.”

MOA’s Spring Break promotions include:

Attraction Bundles: Each bundle includes Nickelodeon Universe plus up to three additional attractions such as Sea Life, Crayola Experience, Super Neon, and The Escape Game for one price.

Scrambled Egg Mix-Up Scavenger Hunt: Guests will search for hidden eggs — including a brand-new Garfield-themed design — unlocking surprises along the way. A $5.99 ticket add-on is available at Nickelodeon Universe ticketing locations or online.

Spring Break Vignettes: Spring-themed photo moments pop up throughout the Mall from mid-March to early April. Each vignette is designed for social-worthy snapshots.

Slimings at Nickelodeon Universe: Breakers can dive into fun with the DIY Slime Cart, located on the Northwest side of the theme park near Rock Bottom Plunge and Pineapple Poppers.

Limited-time character appearances: Guests can snap photos with beloved characters in exclusive, limited-time Spring Break appearances. Highlights include SpongeBob dressed as the Easter Bunny, plus visits from Garfield, Hey Arnold, Jimmy Neutron, and more.

Mall of America has also just launched a new program called PARK SHOP FLY, a parking option for travelers catching flights to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport.

The fee is just $12 per night, and travelers have close access to MOA’s Metro Transit stop, just a 10-minute ride to the airport.
