Chain Store Age is expanding the industry-leading education program at its annual SPECS event with a track dedicated to the challenges and opportunities facing retail real estate professionals.

The real estate track at SPECS, which will be held March 20-22, at the Gaylord Texan, in Grapevine, Texas, just outside of Dallas, will include sessions focused on tenant/landlord relationships, 21st Century shopping center designs, expanding retail brands and more. The track is designed to provide valuable insights and information to retail executives responsible for real estate decisions.

SPECS is the premier conference for physical retail, bringing together top retail executives and suppliers involved in the planning, design, construction and maintenance of stores, restaurants, malls and non-traditional retail.

The comprehensive program includes:

• More than 25 targeted educational sessions on the industry’s hottest topics and trends, with dedicated tracks in real estate, construction, facilities, store experiences and others;

• Can't-miss keynotes, starting with an opening address by Earvin “Magic” Johnson, five-time NBA champion, Hall of Famer and influential investor Magic Johnson Enterprises. Day two will feature leading demographer and futurist Ken Gronbach.

• A dynamic exhibit floor showcasing best-in-class suppliers and solutions; and

• Plenty of networking opportunities at sessions, on the exhibit floor and at breakfast, lunch and nightly receptions.
