South Coast Plaza adds new luxury apparel tenants

One of Southern California’s largest shopping centers is welcoming a slate of new luxury boutiques.

South Coast Plaza, the home to more than 280 retail stores and restaurants in Costa Mesa, Calif., has welcomed new boutiques from Amiri, Courrèges, Zegna, Allen Edmonds, and Palm Angels to its roster. The mall says the new openings “further solidify South Coast Plaza’s reputation as a hub for high-end shopping and style.”

Details of the new openings are as follows.

  • Amiri Established in 2014 by designer Mike Amiri, the luxury brand “combines refined craftsmanship with the glamor of L.A.'s street culture.” The new 3,000-sq.-ft. store at South Coast Plaza offers men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections, footwear, and accessories, including exclusive limited-edition items.
  • Courrèges Returning to South Coast Plaza after decades, Courrèges has opened its West Coast-exclusive boutique at the center. Designed by Belgian architect Bernard Dubois, the store offers men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, accessories, and jewelry, highlighting the “brand’s cool, contemporary style.”
  • Zegna With a history of over 110 years, Zegna’s new South Coast Plaza boutique offers made-to-measure menswear, including customizable products like the Triple Stitch Sneaker.
  • Allen Edmonds A staple in premium men’s footwear since 1922, Allen Edmonds’ new store at South Coast Plaza offers a wide range of dress shoes, casual shoes, and accessories, all made with premium leathers and a 212-step process. The store also provides services like recrafting and in-store pickup.
  • Palm Angels Founded in 2015, Palm Angels is known for its authentic, comfortable, and individualistic streetwear. The new boutique showcases the latest collections in an elegant space.

Boutiques set to open soon at the Costa Mesa mall include Acne Studios, Moncler, and Rolex. The new Rolex boutique will join the five new luxury timepiece stores that opened at South Coast Plaza: Breitling, Tudor, IWC Schaffhausen, Roger Dubuis, and Hublot.
