The Shops at Brickell City Centre to welcome nine new tenants as visits increase
A slate of new tenants are arriving at The Shops at Brickell City Centre (BCC).
The semi-enclosed mall located in Downtown Miami has announced nine new leases totaling more than 29,000 sq. ft. Led by Aritzia, Alo Yoga, Vuori, and Dior Beauty, BCC’s new tenants highlight a broader industry shift toward immersive, lifestyle-oriented retail environments that resonate with millennial and Gen Z shoppers, according to the mall's developer Swire Properties.
“Brickell City Centre is a clear reflection of where retail is headed,” said David Martin, senior VP at Swire. “Our vision has always been focused on building a destination that goes beyond retail and resonates with the way people shop and socialize today. These additions are not just about filling space – they’re about creating a dynamic environment where brand experience and cultural relevance intersect.”
The new tenants that are currently open or slated to open in late 2025 or early 2026 include:
- Aritzia: The Vancouver-based design house known for its style-forward wardrobe essentials.
- Dior Beauty: Now open, the Dior Beauty Boutique features the house’s full fragrance, makeup, and skincare collections.
- Massimo Dutti: Globally recognized fashion label offering modern wardrobe essentials for men and women.
- Alo Yoga: Now open, the Los Angeles-based premium lifestyle brand specializes in luxury activewear.
- Joe & The Juice: Now open, the Scandinavian café concept is known for its energizing juices, fresh coffee, and healthy bites.
- Vuori: California-based activewear brand merging fitness and lifestyle apparel.
- Mejuri: Jewelry brand specializing in minimalist, everyday fine jewelry.
- Harmont & Blaine: An Italian men’s and women’s brand recognized for its refined yet casual mediterranean style.
- Hapa Kristin: Korean eyewear brand known for its “colorful, expressive contact lenses” and “fashion-forward” vision accessories.
The new tenant announcements come as BCC reports its strongest foot traffic performance to date, with April 2025 ranking as the highest footfall month in the center’s history. Quarter-to-date traffic is up 10.8% year over year and 20% compared to the same period two years ago, according to Swire.
“These new tenants reflect the success of our leasing strategy and the continued appeal of Brickell City Centre to globally recognized and emerging brands,” added Martin. “We’re entering a new era of growth – one defined by innovation, relevance, and a continued commitment to delivering an elevated experience for our community and visitors alike.”
