ShopOne names Dake COO

ShopOne’s has named former chief of leasing Bob Dake as its new chief operating officer.

Dake joined the New York City-based REIT in 2018 after six years at Brixmor, where he was VP of national accounts. He earlier worked at Equity One as a regional leasing director. Dake serves on the International Council of Shopping Centers’ New York Next Generation and NEXUS Planning Committees.

ShopOne also named Tom Shine as senior VP of property management. He joined ShopOne at its founding in 2017 and has 32 years’ experience in commercial real estate, having begun as a mall operations manager and later serving as a regional manager at Kimco. 

“Bob and Tom have played critical roles in advancing the growth of our business and strengthening our relationships with national and local retailers,” said ShopOne CEO John Roche.
