Rosedale Center’s revamped food hall opens

A Minnesota mall is now serving up local cuisine at its newly opened food hall.

Potluck at Rosedale Center features a rotating collection of Minnesotan restaurants and food retailers including: Betty & Earl’s Biscuit Kitchen, Burger Dive, Chickpea, Grand Ole Creamery, Nordic Waffles, Obachan and Smack Shack. 

Named after the Minnesotan tradition of a potluck where family and friends come together and share their own culinary creations, Potluck occupies the same space that housed Revolution Hall, a much-anticipated but short-lived culinary marketplace where several mini-restaurants operated out of one kitchen. 

Potluck will be closed on Thanksgiving Day but will open early on Black Friday, at 8 a.m.

Rosedale Center is a 1,218,861-sq.-ft. shopping center managed by JLL.
