Plans have been submitted for a 15,600-sq.-ft. shopping center in the Market Common area of Myrtle Beach.
Submitted to the town by Miller Design Services, the two-building center on a 1.2-acre lot near Farrow Parkway would include restaurants and retail. Company owner Tom Miller told Myrtle Beach Online that, if approved, construction on the larger of the two buildings could begin after Labor Day and be completed in spring of 2021.
“We’ll do the larger of the two buildings and get that up and established before starting the second building,” Miller said.
Miller plans to have four restaurants anchoring what’s being called the Pyade Market Common Commercial Center in the growing neighborhood that includes several housing developments, parks, and other retail centers.
Myrtle Beach’s Community Appearance Board recently approved two projects at Farrow Commons, a shopping center anchored by a Walmart Neighborhood Market.
