Zadig et Voltaire to open in Manhattan’s West Village

New York City Robert K. Futterman & Associates said it has arranged a 1,550-sq.-ft. lease for Zadig et Voltaire at 409 Bleecker St., between Bank and West 11th Streets in Manhattan’s West Village.

The store, which is scheduled to open in winter 2010, will be the retailer’s third location in Manhattan and its first in the West Village. It includes 1,000 sq.-ft. of ground-floor retail and 500 sq. ft. of lower-level space.

Co-tenants on Bleecker Street include Marc Jacobs; Ralph Lauren; Michael Kors; James Perse; Robert Marc; Coach; Juicy Couture; and Brunello Cucinelli.

Zadig et Voltaire is a privately owned French retailer of affordable luxury fashion. Zadig et Voltaire currently has more than 120 boutiques around the world.
