X Team partner Strategic Retail Advisors completes lease for Charming Charlie flagship

Framingham, Mass. -- X Team International, an international alliance of retail real estate advisors with expertise in more than 45 major markets throughout the U.S. and Canada, announced that partner, Strategic Retail Advisors (SRA), a retail real estate consulting and brokerage firm focused on tenant representation throughout the Northeast, has successfully negotiated a lease on behalf of accessories retailer Charming Charlie.



The 16,000-sq.-ft store is located in Manhattan, on Fifth Avenue in Midtown East, and is the first New York City flagship location for the retailer. SRA’s Jonathan Lapat represented the tenant in the transaction. Lapat represents Charming Charlie from Maine through Virginia. Jeremy Ezra and Greg Covey of RKF provided local support.

Design elements of the New York City store include a two-story, 30-ft. tall glass facade, 20-ft. tall double doors in the brand's signature vibrant pink lacquer and a classic residential-style interior that mixes feminine, mid-century accents with luxe materials.



Décor consists of custom furniture, unique artwork curated specifically for this location and multiple Tom Dixon brass shades that are suspended over the grand staircase.
