X Team Appoints Cheatham, Martin to board

X Team International has announced the appointment of Velocity Retail Group’s Dave Cheatham and Welsh Companies’ Sara Martin to its board of directors. Board members are elected by the retail advisory alliance’s 35 partner offices.



Martin will serve as ICSC chair, focusing on coordinating X Team’s presence at ICSC’s RECon and National Deal Making events. The senior Associate of Welsh Companies specializes in retail brokerage, representing both local and national landlords and tenants of various sizes in the retail sector.



As technology chair, Cheatham will oversee X Team’s digital presence and manage the group’s website. He is a co-founder of Velocity, a full-service commercial brokerage company focused on the needs of retail tenants and owners in the Western U.S.



X Team partners represent tenants, properties, and developer/landlords in major markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.
