WP Realty acquires Fairlawn Town Centre

Bryn Mawr, Pa. WP Realty and Angelo, Gordon & Co. have announced the acquisition of Fairlawn Town Centre, in Fairlawn, Ohio.

The 447,037-sq.-ft. community shopping center is anchored by Giant Eagle, Target, Home Goods, Pet Supplies Plus, and Marc’s. In-line tenants include a U.S. Post Office, Chuck E. Cheese, Panera Bread, GNC, Subway and RadioShack.

The acquisition of the center also included a vacant 39,840-sq.-ft. junior anchor box formerly occupied by Circuit City.
