Winick to represent retail at New Chelsea Condo

New York City Winick Realty Group said Thursday it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at The Chelsea Enclave, located at 177 Ninth Avenue between 20th and 21st Streets in Manhattan.

The 54-unit luxury condominium is built on what was originally the grounds of the General Theological Seminary.

Developed by The Brodsky Organization, he space consists of 2,276 sq. ft. of ground floor space with 38 feet of frontage on Ninth Avenue and 64 ft. of frontage on 21st Street.
