Winick leases high-profile space for New York burger chain

New York City Winick Realty Group announced that New York Burger Co. has leased its third storefront at 470 West 23rd Street in Manhattan.

The 1,777-sq.-ft. location, on the corner of 10th Avenue, puts the burger chain in great proximity to the new Highline Park entrance set to open in the second half of 2010.

This is the chain’s first franchise location and ownership is working with Winick to actively seek additional sites around Manhattan.
