Winick to broker jewelry repair chain

New York City Winick Realty Group announced it has been appointed the exclusive broker for Fast-Fix Jewelry in Manhattan.

The Delray Beach, Fla.-based company is the world’s largest franchise of jewelry and watch repair services, according to Winick. It has 163 locations in the United States and Canada, as well as three in Dublin, Ireland.

The Fast-Fix brand is set to expand both locally and internationally in the next few years. Storefronts in England, Venezuela and Australia are slated to open by 2011, and Fast-Fix plans to open at least five stores in Manhattan. They are currently looking at 300 sq. ft. to 1,000-sq.-ft. locations in areas with high foot traffic such as the Financial District, Midtown and Herald Square.
