Wilder named retail consultant for Boston's Atlantic Wharf

Boston The Wilder Cos. said it has been named exclusive leasing agent for the retail space planned for Atlantic Wharf by the project's owner and developer, Boston Properties.

Atlantic Wharf is located on Boston's waterfront and will include a 31-story, 750,000-sq.-ft. Class A office tower; 30,000 sq. ft. of retail and public spaces; 70 to 80 residential units; a 650-car parking garage; and a waterfront plaza. 

Currently under construction with a first quarter 2011 planned occupancy, Atlantic Wharf is planned to be a LEED Gold project.

"Boston Properties came to us with their vision of creating a restaurant and retail mix that complements the development, the district, and enhances the historic waterfront.
