1/21/2016

Boston -- The Wilder Companies announced that Shelley M. Anderson has been named director of new business development, a newly created position for the company. Anderson will be responsible for developing retail real estate opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio of open-air centers throughout the eastern portion of the U.S. She will focus on existing center acquisitions, exploring joint venture opportunities with existing owners and growing the company’s burgeoning third-party services business.

“We have tremendous goals of growth over the next five years. We are pleased to have Shelley as part of our team in helping us make this plan a reality,” stated David Mallen, principal for The Wilder Companies.

Anderson most recently held a position with Pacific Retail Capital Partners in El Segundo, California, where her focus was on the acquisition of regional malls and lifestyle centers throughout the U.S. Prior to that Anderson held similar acquisition associate positions with the investment and management company, Jamestown, and with UBS Realty Investors. She started her commercial real estate career in Boston as an analyst with AEW Capital Management and Eastdil Secured.
