Whole Foods to open at BLVD Place

Houston Mark Dixon, president of the Whole Foods Market’s Southwest Region, and Ed Wulfe, president of Wulfe & Co., announced that a new lease has been finalized for a 48,500-sq.-ft. urban Whole Foods location at BLVD Place in Houston’s Uptown/Galleria District.

Whole Foods Market will anchor BLVD Place’s 20-acre mixed-use development, featuring a phased development of more than 400,000 sq. ft. of specialty stores and restaurants in a pedestrian-friendly setting, along with approximately 325,000 sq. ft. of upscale office space on the upper floors above the retail.

Whole Foods anchors phase two of the development which also includes an additional 140,000 sq. ft. of upscale shops, restaurants and office space. 

The new store Whole Foods Market will be designed by AECOM Design, Los Angeles.
