Whole Foods to join Regency center in Indiana

Chicago - Regency Centers Corporation is starting construction on a new 40,000-sq.-ft.Whole Foods Market. The new store, located 25 miles from downtown Chicago in Schererville, Ind., is projected to open in the fall of 2015, joining existing tenants Homegoods, Gordmans, Ross Dress for Less, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse and many others.



The Shops on Main center is located along Schererville’s main corridor at the high-volume intersection of Route 41 and Main Street. The center sits in a prime location of a thriving market with more than 100,000 residents living within the primary trade area. Whole Foods is joining the center’s second phase of development.
