West Village Salon to open in Manhattan

New York City Winick Realty Group announced that it has leased space to Beauty and Youth Salon, a West Village mainstay specializing in skin-care treatments, at 17 West Eighth Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in Manhattan.

Beauty and Youth Salon occupied its previous, smaller West Village storefront for 10 years. Set to open in mid-summer, its new location encompasses 1,500 sq. ft. on the ground floor, as well as a 1,200-sq.-ft. mezzanine and 500-sq.-ft. basement.
